PEEKABOO is a drawer unit I made for my bachelor graduate. It got it´s name and inspiration from when a child is playing peekaboo. The idea was to change the traditional shape of a drawer unit and it looks different from the conventional rectangular ones. Peekaboo has rounded appearance with drawers that open outward by pushing them sideways. The drawers are very spacious and can contain all kinds of things. The drawers is is made of laminated Bamboo and the cabinet is made of MDF.
This was exhibited at Design and Architecture Center in Oslo, June 2011 at the Akershus University College Graduate Exhibition 2011.
